USVery cool neighborhood and lovely little place; extremely neat and clean. Care taker couple went above and beyond making it comfortable for my older sister in law by bringing over and setting up a double size air mattress and all bedding. Bathroom very updated and kitchen compact yet complete with everything you needed to prepare meals.
Only issue was the second bedroom had an elevated queen bed over the desk area. This is fine for most but not an elderly person. It was all corrected though with the air mattress
IEGreat location. Compact but not claustrophobic. The fact that we had parking for a vehicle was a huge plus.
