this condo is very conveniently located to many stores; the overall feeling of the building is modern and clean

no towels, no parking, building staff is not able to help as each condo unit is privately owned and rented; overall, the 2 rooms we rented should have been better cleaned and furnishing needs to replaced or cleaned

Small bathroom had lots of large bottles of cleaning products & cleaners shoes on the floor. Mould in shower. No hair dryer, one tiny piece of soap for the whole stay & host refused more.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a hostel in Southeast Asia. From the very beginning, everything was a mess. We were denied entry because we couldn’t show a QR code that was supposedly sent in advance, even though we had no internet access and the hostel did not provide Wi-Fi at the entrance. We were kept outside for almost 20 minutes arguing with the security guard, who claimed he had no record of our reservation and refused to let us in. The situation was only resolved because the guard shared his own mobile internet. Completely unacceptable. We arrived around 1:15 pm, exhausted after a long trip from Bangkok with a flight delayed over 6 hours, having slept at the airport. There was zero empathy or willingness to help; they simply repeated that check-in was at 2:00 pm. They didn’t even offer luggage storage—we had to ask for it. We were told we could wait by the pool until check-in time. The manager personally saw us getting changed, but when we went down, the pool was closed. Extremely poor coordination and a complete lack of respect for guests. We waited without internet and under the sun, only to later realize that our room had been empty the entire time, in a place with clearly very low occupancy. Despite this, they showed no flexibility or common sense. Wi-Fi was only turned on once we entered the room (they literally switched on the router at that moment). To make things worse, the next morning from 7:00 am they were already pushing us to ask what time we would be leaving. It was raining heavily, and we asked if they could allow the van picking us up to enter the property. They refused with a ridiculous excuse: since we hadn’t booked the transport through them, they couldn’t “guarantee” it. We ended up leaving under the rain. This place clearly does not understand hospitality. Rigid rules, zero guest orientation, and an openly hostile attitude. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
