Lovely Flat - Ideal location for Contractors, Relocators, Business, Free Parking

The explanation on the location to get the keys. But the landlord was very proactive and I am sure have now made it easier to find.

We didn't have breakfast, we ate in town.

The surrounding area didn't feel very secure. Off road parking inside the property would be good.

Clean towels and hot water

Hi, We’ve just spent a week in the stylish flat Airbnb and we’re surprised to see, upon entry, that the pictures advertised were not an accurate representation. There was black mold in the bathroom, in several places, duct tape holding the carpet down, floor boards missing from the kitchen floor, dust, dirt and grime all throughout. Attached are pictures of the poorly state the Airbnb was in. Also attached is a video of departure, showing it was emptied of our belongings and any trash. We would like a refund for the stay as we were promised something comfortable and safe, and this was not. The building next door was also boarded up with spray paint and overrun grass all across the brick. We travelled from Alaska with no other accommodations or options, and no choice but to stay. Like previously mentioned, we would like a refund because it was the most uncomfortable stay we have ever experienced away from home. Sincerely, Shelby
