"great location and very safe, a lot of factors inside the apartment were ruining our stay mentioned in the previous ques"

location and the safety

a lot of damages such as: 1) broken wardrobe -unable to open 2) damaged couch - sofa + chair 3) half of the light buttons of living room was not working 4) washing machine was not properly working 5) staff were barely available during day time - reception door was mostly shut

Location, apartment accessories

The staff was not co-operative. Reqsted for garbage bags and shampoo. They have not provided. Weekly cleanup was not good
