Umaid Palace - A Lakeside Resort - 25 minutes from Mehandipur Balaji - 20 minutes from Chand Baori Stepwell Abhaneri & 40 minutes from Bhangarh Fort

Nice property close to Delhi. The staff was very good and cooperative. Rooms were clean. Outdoor was lush green and looking awesome. Overall nice experience for a single night stay.

The property is magnificent. One gets the feel of staying in a palace with the staff being courteous and respectful. The property is sparkling clean, both inside and outside. The room size was royal. The temple in the garden was divine. Lots of space to walk around and play...with kids/pets. A must visit with your pet as they will have ample space to run around. The food is also delicious. Location is very close to Chand Baoli. It's just 5 minutes off once you exit the Delhi Mumbai expressway

The property is cool with a clean pool and amazing hospitality ( we got chai and pakoras delivered after our swim and it was cloudy and things were poetic) amidst the chirping trees and drizzle. The staff is helpful and understanding, you can see they are trying their best to provide good service at most times.

The property needs maintenance. Our washroom was primarily dysfunctional. The door lock came off as soon as it was latched the first time. Flush didn’t work towards the end. Water kept dripping from the sink throughout. Water pressure was extremely low for showers. We chilled mostly by the pool and outdoors but still this was big turnoff.

Huge property with well maintained outside area.

Rooms were big in size but not clean, there was a lizard in the bathroom, towels not clean, the food menu was limited and was steep on prices. there is no kid’s menu and even for a boiled daal for a toddler, you have to pay 500+! not enough lighting in the outside area, the garden play area was not properly maintained! no indoor play area also! staff was very less in numbers so service was slow! Editing this review after seeing the revert from the hotel and adding that:- "We checked out of your hotel at 10 am, bcs we were traveling ahead so stop posting fake responses that we asked for a late checkout and threatened your staff lol, this shows how badly managed your property is and who is unethical here that you have to post a fake reply to keep other guests coming to your premises, it would be better if you focus on improving stay for your guests and take feedback positively.
