"Superb"

The house, and especially the kitchen were very well equipped. Everything was perfectly clean. Parking and unloading was easy. Locality was stunning.

Although dog friendly, there were several escape routes from the garden including up the side of the house. It would be nice to feel that dogs can't escape if off the lead.

Property was excellent for 5 adults (2 couples, 1 youth). Really homely feel. Music option. You provided goods weather ;) Garden - nice (needs cutting back for sea views - would get used more!)

Loved having 2 bathrooms. Some of our group didn't so much like the internal bathroom window. Some are exhibitionists. Garden -please cut back the shrubbery that a) blocks the view from the bench by the back door, and b) cut back the shrubs at bottom of garden so seaview can be seen from the bench at the top of the grass. This would make a massive difference on sunny days for very little effort.

"Tranquil retreat surrounded by stunning country and coastal views"

Beautifully presented, clean and had all the facilities that we needed. Having a proper coffee machine there was fantastic!

My bed was a bit squeaky but it was comfortable so not a big problem.

"Seaside haven"

Beautiful house, very generously equipped with everything we could need. Really comfortable and spacious. The location is great - lovely sea views from house and garden and very peaceful. Close to so many interesting places by both foot and car.

The Devon lanes are a little challenging at first but we soon got used to them!

"Very enjoyable, well appointed property"

The property was very clean, excellent amenities. Beautiful views of sea and landscape. Only five miles from Dartmouth.

The garden was overgrown and entrance steps also covered in weeds. Outside space could be greatly improved.

Everything Home from home. The team providing support were extremely helpful. Kitchen well supplied with everything you needed, including an amazing coffee machine which grinds the beans. Brilliant location

Great location. Amazing sea view and countryside. Lovely fire for those chilly evenings. Great for kids and dogs. 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
