A wonderful hotel: clean, comfortable rooms, a cozy bed, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff is polite and always ready to help.

The only downside is that the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the city’s tourist center, which makes it a bit inconvenient logistically.

Issue getting in to the hotel on our first night, we said we were arriving late and they confirmed this was okay but there was no one at the desk when we arrived at 10.45pm until 11.15pm which was a very stressful experience. The security guard eventually checked us in but this took over an hour and our cards were not working properly for our room and for the building entry so it was a huge pain. There was surge pricing during our stay so it ended up being £175 a night. For this price, I would have expected a better service.

A true comfort experience with complete necessities for both short stay and long stay visit. I stayed for 1 week and had very pleasant stay throughout. The unit has plenty storage area which truly help to keep all my shopping bags kept tidy and neat. The toilet has bidet and body shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are also provided. It super convenient when all kitchen utensils are fully equipped, microwave is ready and huge refrigerator for all the food you bought. What attracts me the most is the washing machine + dryer that helped me to keep my laundry cleaned. They also did replenish my bath towels after 3 days and change my bedsheet after 6 days. However, since the washing machine is provided, I washed my tower once used. Detergent is also provided but you can purchase additional detergent at Daiso located in the subway station. Need some grocery shopping? Just across the street is "No Brand" mart where you can shop all your daily grocery without worries! Plug point? Just bring your home country adapter is fine, the unit is equiped with international standard plug point which you do not need travel adapter at all! Location wise, super strategic. Its a peaceful area with less congestion, but located 20 minutes by bus to Hongdae, Sinchon and the Yeoido Han River! Walk less than 30 seconds to the subway and bus station (Seonyudo Station, Line 9), literally just next to the hotel. Hungry at night? GS25 is nearby for 24 hours. Tour Les Jours (Bakery Store) opens until 12 am and if you lazy to even stepped out from the hotel, grab a quick breakfast at Chloris Tea at the lobby. The reception team are friendly, welcoming and helpful. A day before I left, I asked them what time is the earliest airport bus will be arriving. Though they seem not too sure about the time, they were searching online and checked for me. The hospitality is excellence! Going back to your country? The airport bus is literally just in front of the hotel.

The pillow is rather small and mushy. Perhaps better to upgrade the pillow for better comfort.

This is my second time staying and it has been BETTER than my previous great experience. Liking how the property never looks or smells old!
