"Terrible choice. New hotel, horrible management."

It was brand new.

The elevator was not working and I wasn't told until I started the transaction (I traveled with a senior citizen who unable to climb stairs). Manager's attitude was nasty, no price adjustment for inconvenience, or offer of fix the situation; I was going to stay anyway due to being tired until the final price was more than quoted online. Multiple OSHA violations. Choose another hotel.

Awful customer service. Hallways littered with food. For a new hotel only open a day there were defects to the furniture already. Problem with being double charged. Manager was less than helpful. Will NOT ever stay there again. Would add photos but it won't let me upload.

Obviously it is a new hotel, but the attention to details, such as making sure everything worked correctly, displayed a profound amount of attention to detail.
