El patio, relax en Maspalomas

Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad que hay, la piscina y los dueños del bar muy amables ,la casita muy bien y limpia

Queda un poco lejos para ir a tomar algo o salir a cenar sino tienes coche, y tienes que tener cuidado con los gatos, como te descuides un poco se meten en casa

This was my second time staying in this apartment, so I knew what to expect. The apartment is well equipped, the kitchen has all the kitchen utensils, enough dishes, and two refrigerators. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower is great. The bed is very comfortable, the bedroom has a small balcony. I didn't use the air conditioning, nor do I watch TV, but there are two TVs in the apartment. I like the entrance from the terrace, where there is a beautiful table with chairs for dining outside. The best thing is that the supermarket is only 50 m away. The complex also has a lovely pool with sun loungers and a bar.

The bed is very comfortable and at night it was surprisingly quiet in August. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a large smart TV in the front room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The ceiling fan in the front room is great and the Aircon in the bedroom is a definite feature. It's very pleasant to sit outside on the patio. Simona was easily reachable and we were able to leave our cases in the apartment for 2 hours after checkout.

With a little effort this apartment would be better rated. The frying pans are very used and no longer non stick, the cutlery is mismatched, the sofa bed in the front room is very uncomfortable to sit on and we had to use cushions and pillows from the bedroom to make it a little better. The cushions for the metal chairs on the patio have seen better days and are not comfortable. There was only one set of mismatched towels for each of us, and the set of sheets on the bed. As we stayed 7 nights, the washing machine was used very often (no washing powder available). The Aircon broke flooding the bedroom on the first night, although repaired 4 days later. When using the Aircon the overflow fills an empty bottle on the terrace which can leak onto the patio downstairs. There are large cracks in the walls and ceiling of the patio, which show an attempt at being repaired. The complex (Playmar) has a lot of residents and they all appear to have dogs that bark all day and cats that come into the garden to do their business and sleep on the patio chairs. There is very little privacy as you face straight into the neighbours garden, although everyone was friendly.

In recent years, I have stayed in Maspalomas at least ten different accommodations, always in an apartment. This was the best accommodation ever. The apartment is perfectly equipped, especially in the kitchen there is everything I need, there are also many kitchen appliances, including a stick blender. There are also two fridges in the kitchen. The bedroom is spacious, with an excellent bed. The bathroom is obviously renovated, and the shower is fantastic. The most beautiful part is the outdoor patio, with beautiful potted plants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. An excellent grocery (Unide) is just a few steps away. The pool is great with a bar, quieter, and not crowded.
