La résidence, l'appartement, l'attention et la disponibilité du personnel.

Une plante artificiel dans le salon était couverte de poussières, et étant allergique aux acariens et asthmatique, c'etait désagréable d'éternuer et d'avoir les yeux qui piquent. Mais tout le reste était propre.

De kamer was groot en comfortabel. Fijn verblijf en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

De ligging is wat verder van de medina, waardoor je iets meer reistijd nodig hebt om het centrum te bereiken.

Beautiful studio. Well equiped and comfortable. Quiet at night. Lots of local restaurants and a 20 min walk to medina and central squares. The staff (especially Mustapha and Hicham) were excellent. Lots of help with orientation, boarding passes and bicycle parking. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Marrakesh

"Clean, comfortable and modern - and helpful staff"

Comfortable and clean apartment hotel with ample space in the apartments and great bathrooms. Very welcoming staff. Enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool and sunbeds.

We found the air conditioning a bit difficult to work out - suggest you ask the staff who are very eager to help
