Great location with a stunning church conversion, just a few niggles which when sorted will make this a 10/10

The property had 3 bathrooms but unfortunately the first downstairs one easily overflowed back into the living room whilst also having a faulty lock and the main shower upstairs had a broken temperature control as it only came out scalding hot. We were not left any bins for our rubbish so please make sure you confirm arrangements before your stay

"Exceptional"

The property was perfect for a family holiday. The pool table was a nice touch for the evenings, the TV was huge! The bath upstairs was amazing after a long wet day walking up Snowdon. The location was ideal for what we wanted - we visited Zip World, Llechwedd (literally 5mins down the road) walked Snowdon, Zip World Betws-Y-Coed, Black Rock Sands at Morfa Bychan near Porthmadog amongst other beautiful walks in the area.

"Lovely property, good location, perfect for large family group."

Great space for larger group. Nice bedrooms. Free breakfast at the local cafe was great. Good access to zipworld ( cavern zipline and underground golf recommended).

Ensuite bathroom would have worked better. A few things missing however these were replaced quickly. No outdoor space for dogs or BBQ etc.

it was spacious and open plan . it had a good communal space ! lovely sized bedrooms .

no garden , difficult to open downstairs windows to help ventilate room . downstairs bathroom door didn’t shut and lacking door hooks for hanging clothes.

"A great base for our family to get together, perfect social space."

great space perfect for spending time together as a family. lovely rooms and decor.

No garden/secure area for dogs to roam free. Not fully cleaned, bin and dishwasher still full. no outdoor bin and general cleanliness not best.
