Nice place, tidy, location suited our needs

Instructions to find the place included two different addresses, the first of which had us 2km down the road trying to find the place, which in the dark was very hard. Upon arrival, the place was an icebox. I would expect good hosts to have the heater on and warmed up based on the arrival time we gave. The heat pump was off on the system outside, and I assume the gas must’ve been the same as we had no hot water throughout our time here.
