Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar, unkompliziertes Einchecken. Zum Strand nur ca. 600 m. Ganz in der Nähe der Zupa Beach/ Park, ein etwas verstecktes Gelände, das aber mit den schönsten Strand in Tivat bietet. Hier gibts allerdings keine Infrastruktur wie Strandliegen oder Duschen. Dafür ist man unter sich, findet einen Schattenplatz und einen feinen flachen Kieselstrand ohne die sonst in Tivat üblichen Yachten und Motorboote direkt am Wasser. Der Zugang ins Zentrum ist dank eines schönen schattigen Weges sehr angenehm. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ganz toll: Waschmaschine und Badausstattung samt Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Auch ein funktionsfähiger Staubsauger ist vorhanden und die Küchentechnik funktioniert. Dies gilt auch für die sehr komfortable Klimaanlage.

Wir würden anregen, auf den Balkon einen Sonnenschirm samt Tisch mit guten Stühlen zu stellen. Damit wäre es möglich, diesen Balkon als Aufenthaltsraum zB zum Frühstück zu nutzen. Denn der Essplatz im Appartement ist doch sehr begrenzt. Auch die Ausstattung an Tellern und Besteck könnte etwas besser sein /zB normale feste Frühstücksmesser anstelle der Steakmesser. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Normalerweise haben wir unser Equipment immer dabei.

The owner was very nice, the place was super clean, kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk to town centre. We also got a ride to the airport in the morning for 10€.

There is not an actual bed. There was a couch in the living room that opens to a double bed and wasn't so comfortable, together with the blankets. The place is quite small, it is clean and looks good but just feels like a bad value for money, as we were travelling all around Montenegro staying in much bigger places that were just as nice and clean, with views, gardens, good locations and in 15-20€ less than what we paid.

Excellent apartments and equally excellent owners of the accommodation. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The owners left a large number of towels. Also in the apartment there were toiletries and everything for cooking in the kitchen, even oil and coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is in excellent condition and good plumbing.
