Despite the disappointing stay, there were a couple of positives. The location was convenient and well-connected, making it easy to access nearby areas. Additionally, Ashish, the manager, was responsive and handled communication efficiently, even though the host was unprofessional. His prompt responses were the only saving grace in an otherwise frustrating experience.

My experience with this property was highly disappointing. The host was unprofessional and, at check-in, started demanding additional money beyond the booking amount. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition—dirty, unkempt, and nowhere near the standard expected from an Airbnb listing. Basic amenities, like an induction cooktop, were missing. The washroom and room had a persistent foul smell, worsened by seepage issues. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the blanket was unpleasantly smelly. The balcony was unusable due to broken tiles, chipped paint, and overall poor maintenance. It was neither safe nor comfortable to stand or sit there. The overall state of the property was so bad that one wouldn’t choose to stay there even for free. I strongly urge future travelers to avoid this listing, and I hope Airbnb takes action to ensure such listings are either improved or removed to maintain the platform’s credibility.
