Jordan is AWESOME! Customer service is amazing/ top tier. The neighborhood is a little scary at first glance. The room was adorable. The second bedroom needs a closet. All of the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

"Perfect amenities and cleanliness, just the location isn’t the safest or closest to the metro"

The amenities and cleanliness is really good, and the staff in the lobby are really nice.

The location is one stop away from Union Station, however it’s a few blocks away from closest metro stop and the area isn’t the best for families with small children.

The apartment style was great. I had no issues with anything goes well. Kept up and clean. Staff was friendly as well. I would give it a 10 out of 10 if only the outside area wasn’t as sketchy, but no one had messed with us and they all kept her

"I had a great time at the residence and would definitely go back if I visit DC again!"

The space was super comfy, TV has a lot of channels, and the combination of washer and dryer was amazing! Before I started my trip, I also made a note saying I prefer a room at a higher floor and not facing the main road, and the host kindly accommodated that (THANK YOU!!) - we were also able to catch the July 4th firework from the National Mall from our room itself! The location of the residence is a 8.5/10 for me - 12 mins walk from metro, 1-3 mins walk for bus, only thing was the area is a little sketchy (but I was mentally prepared for that after reviewing the previous comments :) ) and not super close to grocery stores.

The floor felt a little sticky to me, and I had to clean that myself. The pillows on the sofa was also a little smelly - it smell like someone left their sweat on them. Would be nice if the residence could clean the covers. I also appreciate very much that the residence provided laundry pods and dryer sheets - just a comment that I think the pods tend to leave stains on light colored garments (so please be careful - I put my light colored garments in a laundry bag and that solved the problem). It would also be nice if we could get the room cleaned and get the laundry pods and dryer sheets refilled! :)
