new cozy by the sea apartment

It's a nice flat overall. It's comfortable and a good size for 2 people. Great location!

Unfortunately, there's no natural light at all. I didn't realise from the pictures but the "window" in the living room is actually a lamp. I work from home so for me personally that was a challenge. If you're planning on being out, doing sightseeing etc it will be OK but for a longer stay, you may also find it challenging. There's also a very keen piano player on the same floor so you can expect some "rehearsals" during the day and the evening too.

This place is awesome, very clean, comfortable, very fast to reach any destination you need. A cross of the sea, parking in front of building is free. The host is the best, he made everything easy for us. I'll definitely come again. I highly recommend 10/10!

We liked the location, it is by the sea and close to the centre. The host is nice, he helped us with the bus information. The apartment is nicely furnished, there is enough space.

We missed a bit more of a daylight but at least we had a very nice light that gave us the illusion of the window. We reserved for three people, so it would be nice to have a pillow dressed in linnen.

The host is very responsive and accommodating. I suggest having whatsapp available so you can communicate. We are new to Greece and the host knew this. He walked us through the ins and outs of the apartment and provided exceptional recommendations of the area. This location is about a 10 minute walk from the umbrellas and close to some of the archeological sites. We're walkers and found we were able to get around easily from this location. Parking is free in the area. We came during Easter week and found parking within 2 blocks.

The location is perfect for families with kids.

There is no such thing as in Dimitris's apartment.
