"Good offering with some minor issues"

It was clean and well finished. A pleasant residential location with about a 25 minute walk to the central sights.

I never received a non-automated reply from tv property. I messaged a few days ahead about check in as I hadn’t heard anything. A follow-up up didn’t get a response either. Fortunately it was fine. The apartment was also a basement, without any windows. The ventilation was insufficient and things just got steadily more damp.

"Poor"

We stayed in the basement room which had no windows and no real ventilation. That means it was super humid, our towels didn’t dry at all and there was mold on the bathroom furniture. The ac was running on 70f and there was no way to adjust it or turn it off so it was pretty cold. There was no real way to contacting the host. We tried messaging them on booking.com and their own platform but didn’t get a response on either one.

"I would not recommend to stay at Luna! Its dirty and the host does not respond to questions at all."

On booking the pictures look very nice and like a cozy place to stay, but there is no hint, that there are apartments in the cellar with no windows at all! NOT ONE. You are basically locked up and if there is an emergency no way to get out. It is very depressing and disturbing. Furthermore, the apartment was dirty and hair of other people were everywhere. I am not sure but the beds did not seem to be changed, rather just shaken out. We were really looking forward to stay there, but it was disgusting and disappointing. I directly got in contact with the host, but she just answered to my first question to either get money for 2 of 3 nights back or change to an other apartment, but she denied. I tried to find the best solution for both of us... she just did not answer anymore. Until today, she did not reply to any of my messages. I am sorry to say that, but that is the worst experience I did on booking.
