The location was great! We were able to Lyft downtown quickly and easily.

Just needed a couple more towels, but they were brought to us quickly. Also, don’t receive the check in instructions until I reached out after we arrived.

Room was alright

Weird odor in room .. Neighbors upstairs were making. Lots of noise at 2. Am . No one to talk to to complain. Sent an email. Heard back end of the following day . Guess it wasn't on their priority list of things to do.

Easy access, good communication with the host.

There was dirty dishes in the sink and used coffee leftover. The apt was not cleaned.

Property clean

They were so accommodating. I ended up staying an extra 4 days. Also accidentally locked myself out but they came up to get me back in pretty quickly.. the staff is excellent the property is absolutely adorable well decorated clean the it's hallways needed a good cleaning. but they were still doing construction .so i understood. but overall very good experience
