Nowhere to unpack and put clothes, cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom

The owner allowed my husband and I to check in early due to car trouble! The house cleaner was kind and did a wonderful job cleaning the room!

Was very cozy and a cute vibe for sure. Had a cute camp fire outside. Nice area in town!

For the most part I was satisfied with everything besides the cleanliness and parking. My pillow had, from what I could tell, food dropped on it. It looked like it was wiped off but not washed. I felt like the sheets were replaced with clean ones but not the comforter and matching shames. The floor wasn’t super clean either, I was walking around in a new area of the room barefoot and had stuff stick to my feet. As for parking we had to park down the block because the little parking they had there was full. It would be nice to be able to access our vehicle easier and not have to carry our luggage so far.

The small houses are really nice and big. The bunck beds are much appreciated by our sons (no need to share !). Everything is really clean and the equipment is perfect with a big kitchen. The environment is very calm and 5 minutes walk from the swimming pool. The A/C is recent so no noise. 10 minutes by car from Arches national park and 10 minutes walking distance from the city center : location is perfect. The hot tub is cool. The hosts were very calm. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot.Moab is a cool town.10

The cleaning lady was not welcoming at all. There is light coming through the door so at night it is a little bit disturbing.

The location was great and we loved the shared courtyard. It was the perfect place to come back to and hang out. The unit was also very comfortable.
