Front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was very good

No AC, no fridge, no furniture on balcony, whole toilet bowl was moving, elevator not trustworthy

"A jewel close to airport in Venice."

Luiza and Giulia were very helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was like at home with hot pancakes, eggs, ham, cheese, cappuccino and croissants.

The staff is very polite. The breakfast was great.

The staff did not know about a small closed tap near the toilet in the bottom that you should open to enable hot water. The air conditioning was controlled remotely only by the staff, locally the settings did not work.
