A Casitta 2 Luxury Apartments

It was comfortable and spacious, good location in the middle of Taormina centre. The host was helpful to begin with

It was too noisy, the bin collector would collect glass at 6am every morning, you could hear a lot of people as it’s above a restaurant. The air con in the living area did not work and this was not due to be fixed and not helpful, as it’s August and peak heat this was not acceptable, the air con in the bedroom worked however when you pay for an apartment you expect to be able to use all rooms with air con The pool was not attached to the hotel, you had to walk to the bus stop, wait for the shuttle and this was 15 mins to the hotel in a shuttle. The shuttle you had to book and there were limited spaces and apparently you have to pay for the shuttle but you get the first time free. The customer service wasn’t great, I texted the host and asked for the air con to be fixed and the hot water went off and was freezing cold so I asked to fix this and they said we were picking out everything wrong, when you are paying a lot for accommodation, we were here for 5 nights you expect for everything to be working that you paid for. Oh and we said the water had gone off and the box at the front was open where you control the water and they said maybe someone broke into the house which is a ridiculous excuse. I wouldn’t stay here again

Parken ist schwierig, aber es gibt einen Valet-Service um 25€ pro nacht Von den zwei installierten Klimaanlagen hat nur eine funktioniert (zum Glück die im Schlafzimmer) und die küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein

Esperienza straordinaria per la dispobilità e gentilezza. L'appartamento è situato sul corso principale di taormina. Posizione eccellente. Suddiviso su due livelli permette molta privacy. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente l'eleganza dell'appartamento. Fantastica la vista sul terrazzo dell'albergo, convenzionato con l'albergo, in cui abbiamo fatto colazione. Ma quello che non dimenticheremo è la gentilezza di Alessandro nel trovarci un punto d'appoggio per bagagli e cambio d'abito fino alla partenza. Grazie ❤️Torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect location, large size of the apartment, comfortable bed, good wifi, big fridge, balcony. Extra plus for washing machine, this was great when you are away for a long time!

The wifi in the living room didnt work, and the wifi in the bedroom was really weak the first night. The one in the bedroom was cleaned the next day and worked better. There is a problem with the toilet, so you have to wait some hours before you can flush between the visits. The bedroom/baclony is towards the main street and a restaurant down the stairs so it can get quite noisy, but it helps if you switch the AC on. The host asked to send ID papers through whatsapp, which is not safe, but accepted me showing them at their nearby hotel. The apartment is quite dark, very little lighting except the bedroom.

The property is excellently located! It literally has a balcony overlooking one of the cutest side streets. It’s conveniently located close to all the attractions. It’s also easy to reach because the front door is off the busy street. The apartment is cutely decorated and while I stayed a short time, I think it would also be excellent for longer stays. Everything was organised well and they have lots of extras through the partner hotels. The management was very friendly and helped with all types of questions.
