I reserved two nights in this location because there's was a concert in the casino that I wanted to assist.

The place is very very old everything needs updated is to expensive for what it offers and on top they have resorts fee but the don't have any amenities.

It was clean.

No bathtub, only a shower. The remote for the tv didn’t work

First of all I booked a room at "Buffalo Bills" via Booking.com. I booked a non smoking room 3 months prior. When I checked in the day of travel via a link sent to my phone, the confirmation showed a smoking room, and was sent by Primm Valley Resort". I called the hotel and the lady I spoken said "All rooms are non-smoking". I asked about check-in when I got there and she said "go to the express check-in line". When I got there at 3 PM, there was a line of about 20 people and one person working the line. (There was no express check-in line.) When I did get to the front desk I asked if she could change the room to a non smoking room and she said no problem. I asked her if all the rooms were non smoking and she said NO, that there were about 20 smoking rooms. After walking a quarter mile to our room, I discovered the toilet would not flush and had toilet paper in it! After calling the front desk and even texting with maintenance, an older gentleman with a plunger finally came after an hour or so. He was able to clear the blockage. How does this happen? Also the reservation was for 3 and there were only 2 towels in the room. The room itself was sparsely furnished. No bible, not even a pen! I did not enjoy my stay at Primm Valley Resort and will not be returning.

This hotel should be shut fown

The condition of the property. Stains all over carpets, peeling paint, rotted drywall

The poor city of Primm will be off the map in 3 years give or take. Dont stay here. It’s heartbreaking to see the demise of so many huge casinos slowly going out of business. Big buildings sitting empty.
