1. You need at least one comfortable chair and a footstool. 2. We were unable to get live tv networks like ESPN; Fox News etc. If they were available. Suggest you leave step by step directions. 3. The temperature control remote did not work to cool down the unit. 4. We did not care for the shower.

The cabana was clean and homey, there wasn’t quite enough room to park our boat but we made it work. Absolutely loved the back patio facing the canal, extremely peaceful.

The only thing was the outlet on the outside by the front door was not working so we were not able to use it. So we improvised and purchased another extension cord and made it work. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean, nice location, great kitchen, decent parking given the area, spacious room

sharp points on nails exposed on the closet shelves - cut my self and snagged clothes. Bathroom - slippery shower floor, one flusher broken (I fixed it), cheap round plastic seat on an oblong bowl with two missing seat bumpers - wiggled around. No place to sit and read a book or watch TV. No chairs only a double bed and two singles. Double mattress was awful - lumps on one side and broken down on the other. Wound up sleeping on the day beds. TV all screwed up on arrival. Spent over an hour on the phone with the rental agent to get it fixed. Found out there is no local support - the agent lived two hours away. Looks like nobody checked anything before our arrival. BTW- What's up with the 26 pillows all over the place??? IF THE RENTAL AGENT IS INTERESTED, WE HAVE PHOTOS OF ALL OF THIS.
