Clean and very confortable, close to the city center

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The living and bedroom space worked great for us as a family. The outdoor areas of the apartment are also great spaces. With a beautiful view from both areas of a lovely building across the road. We enjoyed watching the world go by from the living area. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Seville, it makes the most enjoyable stay in a wonderful city.

This apartment is amazing - we all want to live here! It is very spacious indeed - really well equipped - incredibly clean - nicely decorated and a superb location.

Really couldn’t find fault with the apartment. The building has no lift but it’s only 2nd floor so manageable.

It was vety clean and the location was awesome! The hostess was pleasent and friendly.

The interior staircase was very narrow made of marble. Little kids should watch out going up and down. The 2 bedrooms on the upper level had only one A/C termostat to control the temperature in the both bedrooms. It was located at 1 of the bedrooms which was inconvient for the people who had the bedroom with no A/C control of the temperature in their bedroom.

Can’t fault the property because it’s so central there is some street noise …traffic

Noise from street could be heard in front bedroom.

Fantastic apartment, lots of extra touches, lovely and great location. Outside terrace a real bonus too.

Apartment is on 2nd and 3rd floors with no lift, so a haul up as we had cases.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Staff were very helpful in ensuring an item left behind was successfully returned to us.

The only thing that it would have been useful to know in advance was that the apartment was up several flights of stairs which was challenging for one of the older members of our party.

Excellent location in old city, walking distance to all attractions, still avoiding the big masses. Excellent, big apartment for a family with all amenities required. Despite the rainy(!) weather in Seville really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back with the sun shining to profit from the terraces. Miquel, the host, was very responsive to any need.
