Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Piran, Izola oder Koper. Nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand bzw. ans Meer.

Dafür dass die Ferienwohnung sehr modern eingerichtet war, hatten wir leider etwas Pech. Am ersten Tag ging der Herd kaputt und wir konnten nichts kochen. Desweiteren machte sich der TV im Schlafzimmer selbstständig und ging einfach an. Außerdem gibt es in diesem Haus ein Ameisenproblem!!! Wenn man sich nicht beeilte schloss das ferngesteuerte Zufahrtstor eigenständig zu.

Za sve nase dodatne zahteve domacini su odmah reagovali i ispunili nase zelje. Veoma cist objekat zajedno sa dvoristem.

Шикарно! Як удома)) до найближчого пляжу 5 хв спуститись сходами.

Сподобалось усе. Єдине, чого не вистачало, це шезлонга в патіо. І те, що пральна машина знаходилась на другому поверсі біля дверей сусідів. Може комусь не сподобається дорога поруч, по якій по вечорам гасають мотоциклісти, але нам не заважало.

It was great location and very cozy.

This is a newly built building with a cosy sitting-out area. The building had quality furniture and equipment, everything worked well.

As it is right on the street front, there is a bit of road noise, but the windows are well insulated when closed. Nespresso or other capsule coffee machine would be an advantage.

The house contains of two apartments, both with its own entrance and parking space. The first apartment is on the ground floor with an access from the main road, the second apartment is on the top floor with an entrance from the back of the house, from a backroad. We stayed in the top apartment. The location is very good, although next to a busy road but with restaurant options and shops in walking distance (about 7-8 minutes distance). The city of Koper, with many more options, is just about 10 minutes drive away (you can find a busy parking lot next to the city's main market, free parking after 7PM, otherwise with an hourly rate). Cleanliness - all the rooms were clean, no issues at all. Equipment - the apartment has all you might need even for a longer stay and is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, cookware etc.). Be sure to make use of the insect nets on the windows - the mosquitos were biting like crazy when we were there. You have the possibility to dine both in- and outside. Just be careful not lock yourself out of the apartment - you get only one key and closing the door means it's locked and you can't get back in without the key. Free and safe private parking. AC can be found in every room. Two toilets. The beach is near - about 5 minutes walking distance. It is clean and well equipped.
