Waves of Memories Rhos on Sea

Great place for a party of 10 and a dog. Very spacious. Clean. Only 15 min walk to the beach. Great garden which is safe so doggies can’t escape. Great communication from owner.

All positive but just one little annoyance, some tumbler glasses would be good (unless we couldn’t fine them).

Location was excellent for visiting the beach/ promenade and local shops/ cafes. Accommodation size was perfect for our family group of 10 mixed age guests and dogs. Climbing frame was much bigger than we expected so it suited our teenagers perfectly.

the house and gardens were very spacious clean and comfortable! not enough bin bags and toilet paper so we bought. great location near nice beach. host was away on hols so no communication regarding key box in porch. cleaners left door open for us. a great hols enjoyed by all ages and we appreciated the extra hour on departure thank you!

It was a very clean, spacious and modern property. The owner was quick to respond to any messages and help out when needed. The property was spotless and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to stay. The property looked exactly like the pictures.

The house was huge. Garden great for Granchildren. Location good for visiting local attractions. Very comfortable beds

The cleanliness of the house was very poor. Had to clean fridge before use. Baking trays dirty. Dust and sweet wrappers under sofas and chairs. BBQ and utensils both dirty outside. Only 4 wine glasses for 7 adults, 20 plus pint glasses-weird. No small juice/water glasses. No hand towels only bath towels. Lots of dog hairs on rug in lounge. No instructions for cooker or dishwasher. All bins outside full so hard to recycle or dispose of rubbish.

This house is in the perfect location, close enough to the beach to walk. The house is on a quiet estate with plenty of parking, family friendly. There are grocery stores in walking distance. There are plenty of things to do nearby. Rhos on sea beach is lovely, it isn't crowded even in peak season. The children loved it. The crazy golf was great fun and the children's play area with paddling pool was good. There is a little cafe for ice cream next to the crazy golf (winner pays!) and a pub next door for good food.

The driveway is a little tight for 3 suv type cars. There is plenty of roadside parking though.

It was compatible with what we wanted as a family. Enjoyed our stay.

I'm happy with all we had X however for what it cost I expected a little bit more. Maybe a touch up on paint some parts neglected.

Washing up liquid at the kitchen sink would’ve been helpful but there is a dishwasher to use.

Good location, plenty of equipment/crockery, large rooms,comfy beds, good showers.

Some areas need a more professional finish. Some areas were dusty, bed side table had tea stain marks on, dining chairs need reupholstering, garden needs tidying, front or the house rendering needs finishing properly. Lets down the overall first impression of the house.
