Amba Yaalu - Thema Collection "The first women-led hotel in Sri Lanka"

Amba Yallu offered a beautiful boutique stay, within a serene environment and with a very welcoming and personable team who were always accommodating and friendly. Many thanks to the team, especially Champika and the gym attendant. Great breakfast and lovely pool. The drivers quarters were also very accommodating. Thank you for the stay. We can’t wait to come back.

The service is a little slow, but the friendly staff make up for it!

L'hôtel est très joli, bien placé, belle piscine. On a été très bien accueillis. La gentillesse des dames qui y travaillent est super. On y a bien mangé également (buffet et à la carte). On avait une des 2 suites, très spacieuses et jolies vues. À 30 min du Rocher du lion, à 15 min des caves de Dambulla, à 1h15 de Polonnaruva. Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité-prix, on s'y est bien senti, on y retournera.

Malheureusement, notre suite n'était pas prête à notre arrivée, quand on l'a eue, trop peu de temps après notre arrivée je pense, le ménage n'y avait pas été fait. On a dû réclamer à 2 reprises pour que celui-ci soit fait. Après, les dames y ont veillé et tout s'est bien passé. Les délais d'attente, pour les essuies à la piscine, le service de repas et boissons, sont assez longs et lents.

Amba yaalu, lo tiene TODO, desde el personal muy amable y servicial, siempre pendientes de ti. Las instalaciones son magníficas, tanto la habitación, sus diseños, el espacio natural rodeado de mangos, con caminata hasta el lago que se puede apreciar diferentes especies, una piscina magnífica y desayuno delicioso o cualquier cosa que les pidas de comida es de muy alta calidad. Mi esposo y yo aprovechamos el gym y está súper completo. DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL Y VOLVERÍA. Me he enamorado de amba yaalu y de su personal. Gracias!!!

Estuvimos 2 noches en este hotel y nos encantó. La piscina y las vistas son impresionantes. El personal del hotel es super atento y nos encantó que estuviese gestionado por mujeres. Muy trabajadoras y encantadoras. Sin duda lo elegiríamos de nuevo. Muchas gracias por la excelente experiencia. Sergio y Laura
