Spacious Room in A Nice House

Richard was a courteous and friendly Host! I like the attention given to "Do not Disturb", and how nice quiet and mello the whole vibe is- and the have an nice well kept Gas grill in the back court!

Not having the need for a second day! And I didn't like $25 cleaning fee and the percentages assignment for "Resort" fee 14+ % And the other, I don't recall its name or status was 12+% so what started out at $77, was $127 to close the booking- but it far exceeded any chain hotel room for the same money- even if the Host and the clean up lady are fhe same person- I would be a repeat customer if the need arises!

TV controls.

The host is very attentive and easy to reach at any time. Great communicator. Residence is located in a great part of town, quiet and peaceful. Close to various shopping and eating places. Bedroom clean and neat, very comfortable bed, awesome powerful shower.

Everything was perfect during my stay. Zero complaints 👌

Clean house. This is the most inportant thing for me

They "upgraded" my room to the master bedroom off the kitchen, however the door to the bedroom didn't lock from the inside so I moved furniture up against the door to feel a little more secure. I was in bed, thinking I was the only one in the house, when people arrived around 9:45p, who I quickly realized were the owners, and who were back and forth cooking and talking in the adjoining kitchen until just before midnight! There was tile in the kitchen and bedroom (no carpet to dampen the sound) so I could hear everything they were saying, drawers opening/shutting and pans banging (and there's an open vent in the wall separating the two rooms which let in the light from the adjacent kitchen and more noise and pungent food smells). I was quite shocked how loud they were knowing someone paid and was trying to sleep in the room right next to them! Although there appears to be many extra rooms in the house, their room happened to be right above mine, and their bedsprings squeaked. It was a loud, uneasy and uncomfortable night, and I quickly left early the next morning while it was still dark.

So clean, beautiful house in a great area. Host was so friendly and accommodating. Long, shared balcony which was really nice.
