Ubicación excepcional para visitar Sevilla, además con buena terraza si acompaña el tiempo y mucha luz natural. Repetiremos sin duda. Buena comunicación y facilidad para check-in.

La verdad que no hay nada malo a resaltar

Nos alojamos aquí en familia y la experiencia fue excelente. Es un alojamiento amplio, cómodo e ideal para familias o grupos grandes, con espacio suficiente para todos. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. A destacar la calidad de la atención recibida: el trato fue cercano, amable y muy profesional, siempre atentos a cualquier duda o necesidad. La ubicación en Sevilla es muy buena y facilita moverse por la ciudad.

La casa è nel complesso piacevole, ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare e le lenzuola non erano delle migliori. Con un’attenzione maggiore a questi aspetti, il soggiorno sarebbe stato decisamente più confortevole.

Amplio y facilidad para entrar antes de la hora porque no estaba ocupado el día previo

La puerta de la entrada se batía con el paso de los coches fuera,no había papeleras en los baños , era obvio que necesitábamos más de una llave siendo 9 y la terraza no estaba habilitada para las que éramos

Points positifs : Très bien situé, en plein centre de Séville. Les espaces sont corrects et le logement correspond globalement à la description.

Points négatifs : Manque d’espace pour manger (table pour quatre personnes alors que le logement en accueille huit), literie peu confortable et propreté perfectible.

This apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated, and the best thing is its location. There is air conditioning in every room. It is large and can accommodate 10 people without any problems. The code to unlock the lock didn't work, but the host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and we got the key relatively quickly. Otherwise, the instructions for getting to the apartment and entering it are very clear, the details are accompanied by a video presentation. We are allowed to enter the apartment even before the regular check-in.

However, in terms of equipment, there is a lack of kitchen towels, bath towels, toilet paper and a foot towel in front of the shower. The front door cannot be closed properly, so it "clicks" which is especially annoying at night. There is an occasional strange smell in the hallway (gas or sewage?). The bedding could be cleaner. The entire apartment should definitely be cleaner. We saw cockroaches.
