Agradable apto a pie de playa

Todo, era un lugar sucio, sofá lleno de manchas, anfitrión con cero empatía, realmente no merece la pena ni un € que te gastes en ese alojamiento. Tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado, tuvimos que huir de alli. En resumen ASQUEROSO

La ubicación muy cerca del mar

Tranquilo .Todo cerca supermercados ,bares ,farmacia ,playa .

The location was close to the sea. The bed was clean and comfortable.

A few things were not working. The water jug in the kitchen did t work. Water temperature in the shower was luke warm. Some of the furniture was poor, a door in the cabinet under the vanity was almost falling off the hinges, and the front of one of the drawers in a bathroom unit wasn't attached and fell off when I pulled it open. The most stressful thing was to get access to the key on arrival. The box was almost impossible to open. If I didn't have help, I wouldn't have been able to open it.

It was not obvious where the key for parking was. Some plug sockets are coming away from the wall.

Great location for Caleta De Velez and good apartment complex facilities!

We had issues with the hot water that the host managed to fix in the end but it took a couple of days - a point of improvement is to provide guests with the heating maintenance instructions and the preferred method of communication (as we had problems with reaching the host directly). The apartment could do with some renovation e.g, lack of everyday cutlery / looking used furniture but was fair for the price given for the area. The property has limited everyday essentials e.g. kitchen cutlery which’s easy to improve in the long run. Overall, the apartment was up to the stated description however!
