Check in. Die Besitzerin meldete sich nicht rechtzeitig, unfreundliches Telefonat, später wurde WhatsApp geschickt. Klo am Eingang hat kein Wasser

Tutto bellissimo, siamo stati benissimo, di sicuro torneremo!

Il palazzo è fatto un po strano che è un po difficile dí trovare l’appartamento!

The housekeeping of the property was below standard, bed lenin was not changed, dust all around the apartment, the powder room was used as a storage area with dirty cleaning materials and unhygenic WC. Worst of all was the smell of smoke in the entire apartment. Even though the property location is excellent, the state of the apartment left us very disappointed specially since we travelled with kids.
