"Stay spoiled by problems"

Clean and tidy

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, only found out about traffic noise one day before arrival, only found out about downstairs bathroom on arrival (no toilet upstairs by bedrooms)

Sehr schön! Prima Ausstattung und moderner Look. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, aber fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön. Cathy und ihr Mann haben uns bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen noch ein Kühlgerät vorbeigebracht, da es in den Schlafzimmern sehr warm war. Es kann durch den Straßenverkehr hin und wieder etwas lauter werden, aber für uns war dies kein Problem. Castelmaine war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Ring of Kerry und Dingle zu erkunden.

"Spotless apartment with great owners."

The apartment was spotless. All required and nice to have amenities were available. Fully equipped kitchen, cups, plates and pans to hand blender (and coffee!). With some issue we encountered, Cathy was fully available and helpfull, and made sure we had all we needed.

"Alles da aber wir fühlten uns nicht wohl"

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht.

Nicht erkennbar war bei der Beschreibung, dass sie direkt an der Straße liegt, also so direkt, dass jeder Autofahrer auf den Esstisch gucken kann, was es zum Abendessen gibt. Vor der Ankunft gab es dann eine Mail vom Vermieter, mit Androhung von Maßnahmen, falls man mit mehr als der gebuchten Personenzahl die Unterkunft bezieht. Danach gab es noch eine Mail mit Verhaltensweisen: Schuhe aus vor der Tür, wenn man etwas beschmutzt, wird das in Rechnung gestellt, kein Essen oder Getränke im Obergeschoss….. man fühlt sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Das Bad ist groß, hat allerdings keine Ablageflächen. An der Tür ist eine Klingel mit Kamera angebracht. Jedesmal mal beim Kommen oder Gehen haben wir uns überwacht gefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft keinem unsere Freunde empfehlen.
