Prefer a bigger bed (king)

We all like the place. beds are comfortable. toilet is huge but the owner blamed us for a part of the toilet fell off when we were less than 4hrs in his/her place. there is a shop across the accommodation which is good as well.

stated above, very bad experience after we checked out as the owner requested payment after less than 2hrs we left which i don't have any idea what is going on. it just stated we did not followed her checkout policy. We checked in past 6 in the evening and around 10pm a few of us were relaxing in the sitting room watching tele when we heard a loud noise in the bathroom. I went inside and seen a part of the toilet (mind you it is rear part of the seat) fell off. took a photo and messaged the owner thru booking.com msg straight away as stated in the policy. She answered me back stating she's going to check it. and now she's asking for payment as per her "clearly someone stood or sat on it". mind you all 5 girls are healthcare workers and we don't stand on toilet bowl/seat for hygiene purposes and as per my photo that's very weird it is the back part of the toilet seat. Just weird it will fall out in less than 4hrs of us checking in. I have the photo below! i tried ringing her but she won't answer nor ring back. We followed all her list of checkout policy including stripping off all bed linens, putting away towels in the toilet, cleaning all utensils and putting it back to cupboards, etc.

The lodging was well laid out with all the amenities. Although it was at a busy intersection, the rooms were quiet.

The Wi-Fi was hard to find and it would have been helpful to have a checklist on checking and checkout.
