APARTMENT RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

We really loved Karol’s apartment. It actually bigger in real life than in pictures. You can see even bit of a ocean from living room window :) I know it has not been advertised but pretty cool Location is the best, right on Ocean drive

Amazing location right on Ocean Drive on South Beach!

Apartment was old and dinghy. The towels were super old and dirty and stained. The toilet was broken and moving in its place and we had to fix the flush ourselves. On our second day the building elevator stopped working and we did not receive any instructions for how to access the staircase and we were stuck outside in the rain. Check out time was 10am which is the earliest check out time I've ever seen at a hotel or airbnb. When I asked for a later check out the day before the host was unresponsive. The day of we checked out only 15 minutes late but the housekeeper started banging on the door and screaming at us. Extremely rude and no way to treat your guests. After we left the host tried to say that we never showed up to try to charge us some sort of cancellation fee and now I keep getting notifications of a $65 charge even thought we already paid in full

Very comfortable, cozy. Plenty of room for two people. Full kitchen is nice. Location is fabulous. 3rd floor elevator is near apartment door, so you can go from being in apartment to standing on Ocean Drive in 60 seconds.

Very minor - no hangers or coffee pot.

Convenient location and the interior acceptable. Very clean which was fully appreciated!

Unfortunately the all night noise (particularly base sounds from night club music) doesn’t make this a restful location. However if you want to party at night, then this is for you.
