Lage war gut, An- und Abreise war unkompliziert und gut.

Ein Schlafzimmer war nicht benutzbar aufgrund von einer verunreinigten Matratze. Problem war vor allem ein unangenehmer Geruch welcher nicht zumutbar war. Auf Nachfrage wurde zwar versucht die Matratze zu reinigen aber das erfolgte mit Reinigungsmitteln auf Chlor-Basis und wurde nicht entsprechend lange gelüftet. War am Ende nicht wirklich besser, sodass das Schlafzimmer nicht benutzt wurde. Nach einem erneuten Hinweis wurde man damit konfrontiert, dass die Reinigungskraft keinen Geruch mehr feststellen konnte und es lediglich von den Klamotten kommen kann, welche von mir in diesem Zimmer waren. Habe selten so einen schlechten und uneinsichtigen Service erlebt. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen!

La situation de l'appartement, sa propreté, l'équipement. Le personnel est dévoué mais il y a un problème de communication car personne ne parle français.

Problème pour le checkout, nous devions transmettre une photo des clés a l'emplacement où l'équipe pouvait les récupérer, nous n'avons pas réussi a transmettre le courrier.
