Beautiful stay, perfect location and gorgeous room. The property was very well maintained and extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious we tried the salmon, omelet and full English and the quality of the food was great and cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Friendly welcome from Michelle, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. Room very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and cooked freshly on our arrival to breakfast room. Really good location for walking into Robin Hoods Bay. Thank you for our Easter Eggs, very thoughtful.

It was in a great location easy access to everything and bus stop 2 mins walk, owners are so polite and helpful took our bags to rooms whilst we went and parked car, and the mini bar is a great addition

"Lovely. Would stay and eat there again, would just ask for a room without a sloped ceiling."

Everything VERY comfy. Bed and duvet and pillows were home from home. The breakfast was piping hot, tasty and cooked very well, no grease. Lovely extras re the biscuits and water.great bathroom and shower facilities.

We had a room where the bed was under a sloped roof eve. I have a condition that means I have to be able to sit up somewhat to sleep, due to the sloped roof I couldn't. The room was lovely though and unless you want to sit up then I wouldnt let it put you off as the room was very comfortable in every other way.
