Well appointed, comfortable apartment and Marco the host was awesome. He provided easy to follow access instruction video, and helpful hints on what to see / do in the area. Off street free parking was a bonus. Very enjoyable stay.

Neighbours and main road were a bit noisy, but that calmed down after 10pm

The contact in case of emergency or advice with host was excellent. We could have always rely on fast message or call. The apartament is big and very comfy for 2 people (i think 2+2 would also have good stay). Location is close to Lecco city, supermarkets and Alpes mountains (which was important to us) and also some distinctive attractions (ruins on the hill etc.) in the distance by foot. Free private parking for person with own car is very convenient! Available tools, kitchen utensils etc. exceeded our expectations (probably we were the first one that used brand new toaster machine!). Comfortable bed - what was important to rest and very easy way to check in and gathering the keys. Due to localization and close distance to touristic Lecco city, the flat is quite close to busy street. It doesnt change much but around certain time of the day there are traffic jams from the Lecco so I recommend planning coming back home from surrounding trips to avoid stucking at them. Apart from that - no flaws, everything was perfect

Location was perfect! Such a short walk to the train station and nearby wedding venue at Rossino Castle. Apartment had everything we needed - kitchen, washing machine etc! And host couldn’t do enough to help us. Would definitely recommend!

Host is very helpful. He even helped us to take our luggages to third floor. View from balcony is excellent.

If you have a car and want to visit lake como area then this apartment is your perfect fit. Without a car you will need to use train station (no taxi or ride app works there) which is 5min walk but trains get cancelled and massively delayed regularly. If you are lucky and catch the train then your best option is to go to Varrena and start exploring the area from there.

The host was very helpful and enthusiastic in offering us 7/7d, 24/24h online and practical support. Well done Marco! Location was very close to the railway station, a good way to avoid long car ques in highly crowded touristic places. Facilities available in the apartment were very good, including in the kitchen and the bathroom. Found in the fridge two bottles of cold water, and delicious spaghetti and tomato souse offered by the host.

Sleeping in the living room was difficult because of the noise by the large traffic on the main street nearby, even at night. Climbing three floors without elevator, several times a day, was a bit challenging for us. Unlike the living room, the sleeping room was furnished with a mere ventilator which didn't really make us cooler.

Marco was a very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is near the Vercurago beach - not crowded (although we were visiting in August), enough parking space. It was one of the most convenient beaches around Como and Lecco, in our opinion. Lecco town is easy to reach if you want to spend some time in old town and near the lake. Also, you can reach Bellagio, Varenna, and Bellano in less than an hour by car. The big advantage is a free parking near apartment

The kitchen was a bit small for all 4 of us :) It has all you might need, except the dishwasher.
