"Money hungry host"

Good fixtures

Very heartless host. Will ask an additional 2k php for early check even if the room is available. Very excited to check you out lol. No consideration if youre tired from travel host just want your MONEY. Made us wait for too many hours to check in. This is my encounter ever to ask me payment for early check in!!!

"Exceptional"

-I find the location peaceful and private, where guests like us who would like to take a break from the hustle and bustle, can spend quality time with families and friends and enjoy the scenic view. -We had several choices of transportation available roaming around Newcoast station, to take us (for free or with charge) to beaches and go-to attractions nearby. -Finding a place for dining is easy-peasy since it's just a walking distance from our accommodation. -The Host and The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in attending our needs and in guiding us on how to visit popular tourist places.

The only drawback that was not attended immediately was the internet connection, where we never had a wifi signal during our first day. Yet, the host facilitated as best as she could to provide us with a fast internet on the following day.

"A great option for two couples, a group of friends or a family to stay in Boracay."

The property was in the quieter part of Boracay with the hop on hop off bus stopping outside the door of the accommodation which could take you around the island all day until 9pm. We enjoyed have two shower & toilets with one being ensuite.

The kitchen could have been slightly cleaner as well as the rug in the living area.

"If you want to have a vacation away from home but still feel like you're at home, then this place is highly recommen"

Me and my family really had a great time in Boracay, having this place as our accommodation for 5 days and 4 nights. Staff are very welcoming, and the unit really feels like home. With complete utilities to cook out food, wash our clothes, and get entertained since they also have wifi and a smart TV! Just wow! We just had some issues with the electricity on our second day, but they (maintenance, security, and sales agents) responded so quickly. And due to this (which was not really a major inconvenience), the property owner offered us a check-out extension. From 11 a.m., it was moved to 5 p.m. I have many good things to mention about this place, but I'll leave the rest for you to experience. 10/10 ❤️
