GBInitially location but after staying not much.
Bedbugs, first apartment smelt of drugs, unclean, carpet dirty, floor dirty. Stains on wall and curtains. Unfortunately the lady tried to blame us for damage even though all prexisting. Also things left from other people who stayed.

GBThe location was what we needed as it was within walking distance of where we needed to work. The apartment was very spacious and pretty well equipped. There were issues with the Wi-Fi which were not the hosts fault but he went above and beyond to provide us with a solution. The host was helpful and friendly which made the stay feel more homely. The apartment was clean and the coffee and tea provided were a nice touch. There were lots of places close by to eat, a good small 'mini-market' and a stylish Wetherspoons. .
Not the hosts fault but the common spaces in the block needed some attention. It was also not the easiest of places to find - perhaps a description of taking the small turning after the bus station might help. These were minor issues.
GBEverything good location, luxurious modern apartment,clean, and bed so comfortable very easy check in and host was lovely met me on arrival so friendly!
GBThe place was clean and well maintained, its right next to the bus stop which was a plus for us especially that we came on public transport.
It was quite hot despite opening windows, might need extra fans during summer.
GBShort moving distance, as I simply moved from the apartment on the 1st floor to another apartment on the 2nd floor. Free parking came in handy. The bed was comfortable.
The surrounding area was dirty, junk and broken household furniture left in common areas and inside the lift to the upper floors was littered with left over snacks and ice cream. No welcome pack or note to tell you where amenities are located in the apartment or how to operate them. Very limited and poor quality cooking utensils which discourages you from using the kitchen, thereby, negating the whole point of wanting to stay in a serviced apartment when away.
GBThe property is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also the beds are super comfortable.
