Easy to find & spacious. The security of the complex & flat was satisfy.

The flat was not clean, the instructions listed to check in were incorrect. The instructions on how to check in and collection of keys on the app is different to how it’s done once you call the host which resulted in an unnecessary trip.

The location was convenient.

The main bedroom was neat, but the sheets were not clean and didn't smell fresh. They had an unpleasant stench, which made me uncomfortable because it felt like I was sleeping in somebody else's sweat. Also, there was a dead roach on the headboard.. I ended up sleeping in the second bedroom.

Very poor service from the staff.

I liked that it was clean and it was exactly what we were looking for and to top it all they had a heater.

Firstly, we struggled to reach the host on the phone, she got back to us 30 minutes later after driving around a new place at night, you can imagine how stressful it was and we had already paid. When we finally got ahold of her we struggled with the direction to the place and the host was not assisting but so rude to us when we explained to her that we can’t find the place and told us that the previous customers never had a problem with finding the place🙄, that is not how you treat a paying customer!! Lastly on the rules it’s written that you will have to pay R100(fine) extra if you check out an hour later and we were planning to do that but when the stuff member got there she was not even listening to us she just chased us out we even ended up forgetting something.

The place was clean

The beds are not comfortable at all,the coach as well. The coach is not the same as the picture on this app,it's worn out. No hand soap in the toilet. She needs to change the pots as well.
