Didn't have to speak to any staff, Rooms had tea making facilities Bathroom was great Great TV in room with fire stick Good value for what it is
Parking is here, but around the corner so just a bit weary about that Bed too soft for my liking but not experience ruining

I messaged the host for a later check out he agreed strait away no issues at all lovely gentleman there is a lift book telling you where to go in Colne for food drinks coffe shops such a lovely touch

Excellent although the people in the restaurant didn't expect to be providing breakfast.....although they did honour our booking and the breakfast was great.

An excellent location right on top of the shops and town facilities. A nice clean room with a fridge and a good shower.
All of the facilities met my expectations and Steve was very nice and helpful.
