Villa con Piscina en la Playa

Lovely large property that was well resourced with everything we could need and comfortable. Gets the sun at all times of the day. The hyper market just a couple of minutes away is massive.

There was a horrible drain smell from the top balcony. The road outside was noisy with lots of car and bus noise which disturbed my sleep as did lots of barking dogs in the vicinity at all times of night and day, for extended periods. The attached garage has been rented out separately and despite it being part of the photos it isn’t part of the booking. After various comings and going’s from the garage the inside of the villa often smelt very strongly of petrol which wasn’t very pleasant. The nearby beach area is very run down and grotty (and fenced off from use) and there isn’t much in the local area although we did eat in one local restaurant which was nice. The pool was always frosty as it had no cover and even hours after having been cleaned was dirty again

Close to the airport and capital.

We were not told at any time prior to our stay that villas garage is being rented out to a third party and the noise coming from its random usage, specially during night hours, was shocking. Dishwasher was moldy and broken down. Overall cleanliness, specially floors upon arrival.
