"A comfortable and inexpensive place to stay in Ballymena."

Brad was a friendly and helpful host. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. It was a perfect one night stay. Parking was easy to find and the house is located close to shops, restaurants/cafes. Great location if you need to be at the airport early in the morning.

The place was nothing like the picture, it was a complete mess, said it was newly refurbished (not) the back garden was full off rubbish, bbq sitting with food on it from goodness knows when. We booked two rooms , was attending a wedding near by, my son and daughter and grandson didn't even stay that night, shared bathroom with no hot water to even wash, left early the next morning. For price wasn't expecting 5* but oh my goodness 0* for me.

"I would definitely stay here again"

I liked staying here so much I came back for another night. Great location Brad is a good host and very friendly. Bedroom was great, toilet and shower where 100%. Breakfast was great. Great place to stay can't fault it at all. Great value for money

Brad is a great host. Made me feel more than welcome and he is a absolute gentleman. My room was brilliant. Couldn't ask for more and also a TV in the room. The breakfast is great. The location is perfect. Basically in the town centre hard to beat that. Great value for money and I highly recommend staying at brads pad !!
