The room of the apartment is Specious and access to drinking water was lovely. Good location!

Feels like the place needs a really good cleaning. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom need improvement as well the linen and I wasn't expected to be asked a deposit during my stay, although the money returning well, but is just the hassles to do the transfer as I live abroad, was a bit of bumper!

The location is great, very strategic: close to shops, street food, malls, public places. The apartment is clean and spacious. It was well prepared to welcome guests We love the welcome snacks (it was very thoughtful), and the aircon was on, ready to be occupied.

The bed in the second bedroom is a bit hard, though still quite comfortable. Found one tiny bug in the living room. Maybe because the unit is quite close to the garbage room?

Online response to questions and concerns was quick and was available late into the evening. Apartment was spacious and view was great

I would love to give this property a high score. The response to all my questions online was quick. They did try hard to answer all of my questions. But the apt. could have been more comfortable. I never could get the shower hot water to remain on for more than five minutes. After that, it was cool to lukewarm. Also, I never could get any TV channels in English or any streaming service like Netflix to work. The bed in the second bedroom was very hard. Things started off a little inconvenient when they kept writing to me to transfer money for a separate deposit and to send my passport page. Also, I would have liked to have known the best and least expensive way to get to the apt. from the airport. It's by Grab taxi, but I had to figure that out myself.
