This is a total scam! I booked through Booking.com, but there’s no such place. I spent four hours trying to locate the building unit, only to find out it doesn’t exist. The contact number provided isn’t valid either. I’ve already raised a complaint with Booking.com for a refund, but until now, no resolution has been made. They even asked me to contact the property — when in the first place, it’s a scam! Really disappointing.

SCAM!!! THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM!!! THEY DONT GIVE YOU ADDRESS AND WHEN I FOUND IT THROUGH THE PICTURES AFTER WALKING AROUND FOR ALMOST AN HOUR, ITS PICTURES ARE FROM DIFFERENT PERSON WITH A PLACE ON AIRBNB!!!!!! THEY DONT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGE AND HAVE BEEN TOLD OTHERS FELL FOR IT!

I never experience to stay in this Condotel I booked for 2 nights because ,the moment I reached in the location posted ,the staff said, that property is not in the location.,..I found out the location (property posted was in Two Palm Tree Condo...and the security guard confirm to me that the host is no longer staying there long time ago . I want to refund my money back.....how can you help me. I'm reporting this because,I don't want anyone again to be scammed by this person .

The host scammed me.....the host is no longer in that property 😭
