The villa was pretty good for the family. Everything mentioned here was exactly as we found. Not so far from the mall, or any other facilities if you have a car. The network wasn't good if you're using Vodafone, but the internet compensated this (suggestion: add wifi extender in the second floor).

We had a wonderful stay at the villa,enjoyed a quiet and beautiful time with my family. The rooms were big and comfortable and air-conditioned. The private pool was clean and well maintained , the outdoor area and garden is nice to enjoy and relax. The host Mohamed was welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a private getaway.

We found that the only 3 rooms with air-conditioning and the 4th one without which was useless for use speacilly during summer.
