The property is in a lovely, quiet location, but so close to the town for walking in. Great location for attending events at the racecourse too. Lovely park nearby and great Turkish restaurant (the Istanbul Kitchen) which was fab. Able to park the car in the drive at the property which was great.

Location excellent. It takes 20 minutes to walk into town centre where there are excellent restaurants and shops. Newly finished flat, well decorated and comfortable.
The flat is so new it just needed a few finishing touches which I believe will be done very soon.

Access was easy & welcome was genuine, with concern over what i would need during my stay. this included the usual facilities within the property but also recommendations for dinner in local restaurants. Decor of room was beautiful and shower was excellent. Parking was easy and a big thing for me which made this location perfect. lovely stay!

Convenient for race course Nice decor.
We felt that the partition wall between our seating area and the hosts living space was not adequate, felt that we had to be quite and felt uneasy sitting there so spent most time in the bedroom, also the other annex only has a door between our kitchenette and their space and was woke at 2am by very noisy neighbours. Also no toaster as described on booking.com. Microwave needs replacing as poking a pencil in where the missing start button should be is not acceptable . Also no blind on shower room Over £600 for 2 nights we felt was a bit expensive with the issues we had, understand it’s Cheltenham festival, but would have thought these things could have been sorted. Not really able to self cater.
