- the location is great: close to promenade, Christmas market, mall, and easy access to many bars and restaurants - self check-in with extremely clear instructions - powerful AC (heater) - pretty quiet, even though the window is facing the main road with the train lines

- the boiler’s capacity is barely enough to get a proper hot shower for 2 people in a row - the apartment had a strong cigarette smell after previous guest, and it took us much effort to erase it (the kitchen fan is fake and it was kinda uncomfortable to open the window for more than 10 mins) - very thin pillows - the hair dryer overheating after 3-4 mins of use (needs to wait at least 5 mins to continue using)
