- a place that i could stay in for a sbort period. - clean room - other tenants were helpful - lighting was ok - close to shops

- poor customer service from the management - poor communication from the management, phone number provided coukd not be reached - bed was lumpy and springs are felt - no toilet rolls - no handwash in the toilet - no heater, place was cold - entrance is full of hedges - quiet a walk from the station, but bearable when it's not raining

Located less than 10 minutes walk from Crewe railway station, passing many (many) takeaways for food options. House is located on a quiet back-street with a park close by so it was quite quiet in terms of outside noise (especially with the window closed). Decent curtains with a nice little en-suite shower/toilet. Access code for the lockbox emailed on the day you are due to check-in as it's self-service check in (although the keybox is located quite close to the ground which might be an issue if the ground was wet). Bed was comfortable enough, a good place to use as a base if out and about

A couple small minor things like the holder for the shower head being broken, so the head wouldn't stay up (so you needed to hold it), also the bottom of the bed felt like it had collapsed as there was a noticeable dip.

Location was good for me to reach the station which was handy, and close to supermarket, also good. I had use of kitchen and fridge which was nice

Was a little over priced for what it is I feel

Easy to get too, nice location and very comfortable, good communication with the hosts

Entrance to the property could be lit better, and the gate was hampered by the hedge being a little bit overgrown, these are minor problems in my opinion.
