Beautiful property and neighborhood

One of the nicest apartment I've stayed in airbnb. Very beautiful, modern design. Located right in the city centre and next to the old town. I really enjoyed my stay

1. The host didn't allow me access to the apartment... - I announced when I will arrive and the key to the apartment was not there.... - Tried to message and call them - no answer (the phone was turned off) - I walked around the old city center and finally found a hotel, which (since we are in high season) asked full money for the stay (about 3× more than this apartment). - More than 12 hours later (by that time I found a hotel) they offer a *duplicate* key :) 2. The owner of the place refused a refund... Since it was such a nice experience... This is Romania after all. 3. I called Booking, explained them all, and they refunded me... Not everyone with an apartment is automatically a good host... Education and professionalism is another key aspect. Unfortunately, here all these were missing.

Posizione molto comoda, rapporto qualità prezzo buono, stanza moderna e come da foto, wifi molto veloce.

Stanza molto impolverata, abbiamo purtroppo trovato diversi insetti nella stanza e c'è stato un problema durante l'arrivo, forse causa dell'arrivo in ritardo rispetto al previsto ma non c'era modo per entrare e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno uscisse dall'edificio per farci entrare, abbiamo chiamato l'host che ci ha detto che "qualcuno sarebbe arrivato" e quando abbiamo provato a richiamare nessuno ha risposto, esperienza sufficiente ma aspetti da migliorare assolutamente, soprattutto la pulizia

L'appartamento è come nelle foto, pulito, accogliente e ben insonorizzato. Dispone di molti armadi nella zona giorno. Abbiamo trovato una confezione di capsule per il caffè, prodotti da bagno e per le pulizie. La cucina è funzionante. Il portone è blindato e l'edificio è abbastanza sicuro nonostante l'esterno e la scalinata siano datati. Sì trova al terzo piano servito da 2 ascensori perfettamente funzionanti. La posizione è buona alle porte del centro storico, nella zona pedonale. Alina è stata molto disponibile, ad ogni richiesta, su whatsapp.

Nella descrizione sono indicati un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che invece non è presente, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 nell'unico letto della casa. Erano indicati anche bidet, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie che non ci sono. La terrazza in realtà è un piccolo balcone senza sedie né tavolo. Consigliato per max 2 persone

The bathroom requires better cleaning and the walls in the bathroom should be repainted.

Apartamentul situat în inima Bucureștiului, iesi din scara și esti în Centrul Vechi. Apartament curat , mobilat modern.

Baia mica , cabina de dus necesita un panou de sticla în plus sau o perdea de dus. Când faci dus , o mare parte din apa sare în afara cabinei , fiind necesar sa ștergi cu mopul , baia nu este prevazuta cu sifon de scurgere a apei.O mica reparație necesara ,manerul ușii din baie ,tot iesea ,rămâneai cu el în mana.
